1. Choose an issue that you know a LOT about.  Make sure the issue that you choose has at least two sides to it (pro/anti). Try not to choose anything too obscure.
2. Choose a side on the issue.  
3. Using the outline of arguments that you just read hereLinks to an external site., try to outline your argument according to the Classical Model, Toulmin Model and Rogerian Model. You are making the SAME argument in THREE different ways. 
4. Use the examples given in your reading to try to produce your own argument according to those three established models.
