The experience was highly advantageous for me in developing my professional skills and knowledge. I had the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's policies and procedures, labor laws, and the company's hierarchy. During my two month-long industrial attachment at Saudi Aramco in Yanbu, I had the opportunity to work in the Human Resources (HR) Service Centre under the direct supervision of Naif Y Moshayaa, the HR Service Centre Supervisor.
The HR Service Centre is a Human Resources Department division responsible for providing HR services and support to the organization's employees. The HR Service Centre is divided into two main divisions: the HR Services Division and the HR Administration Division. The HR Services Division is responsible for providing direct services to employees, such as responding to inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
